Refund policy
YORT Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
All purchases are final and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.
Size Exchanges
We allow one size exchange per item, subject to availability and the following conditions:
- You must contact us at Yortprints@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same design and color.
- The requested replacement size must still be in stock.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. YORT will cover the cost of shipping the approved replacement within the United States.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Because every release is produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size will be available. Do not send an item back until your exchange has been approved. If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be completed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Yortprints@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the item and issue
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will replace the item when inventory is available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Handmade Print Variations
Every YORT garment is screen printed by hand. Minor differences in ink texture, placement, or appearance may occur between individual garments. These natural variations are part of the hand-printing process and are not considered defects.
This does not include substantial printing errors, damage, or an item that materially differs from its product description.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.
Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
